Test Results & Analysis

The Result tab provides a comprehensive view of participant test results for each task. Once testing is complete, you can view automatically generated detailed analysis results in the Results tab. The displayed results vary depending on the task type (Exact Path, Reach Final Screen, Free Explore).

Note: The Result tab is only accessible after the first participant's data has been collected.

Statistics

Key statistical metrics are provided for each task type.

Exact Path Tasks

For Exact Path tasks, the following metrics are displayed:

  • Avg. Path Match Score: Average rate of how closely all participants followed the set target path.
  • Total Avg. Duration: Average task completion time for participants.
  • Paths: Number of participants, average duration, and average Invalid actions for each path.
  • Top first actions: The most frequently selected first actions by participants.

Scene Tasks

For Reach Final Screen tasks, the following metrics are displayed:

  • Success Rate: Percentage of participants who reached the final screen.
  • Total Avg. Duration: Average task completion time for participants.
  • Success/failure results for each participant.

Free Explore Tasks

For Free Explore tasks, the following metrics are displayed:

  • Analysis of various paths chosen by participants.
  • Number of participants and average duration per path.

Individual Session Recordings

All interactions including clicks, scrolls, taps, and swipes are recorded in detail with timestamps.

Clicking on individual participants in the participant list allows you to:

  • Replay that participant's entire test process.
  • View all interactions with precise timestamps.
  • Create highlights from important moments.
  • Export the complete interaction list as a CSV file for further analysis.

Highlights

You can save noteworthy moments as highlights while replaying individual participant session recordings:

  • You can create highlight collections by selecting specific segments during recording playback.
  • Highlights are useful for quickly finding and sharing important insights such as points where users struggled or unexpected behaviour patterns.
  • Created highlight collections can be replayed in a separate window.

Creating Highlights

You can save noteworthy moments during session replay to share insights:

  1. Select: Click a participant to replay their session.
  2. Segment: Select a specific timeframe in the recording.
  3. Save: Name the highlight and add descriptions.
