ProtoPie Player for Wear OS enhances the prototyping experience for Enterprise plan subscribers. It allows for a more immersive and connected smartwatch prototyping experience.
To use ProtoPie Player for Wear OS, you'll need to use it along with ProtoPie Connect.
Download ProtoPie Player for Wear OS from the smartwatch Play Store to get started.
Connecting to ProtoPie Connect
To establish a connection between ProtoPie Player for Wear OS and ProtoPie Connect, follow these steps:
Ensure that both ProtoPie Player for Wear OS and ProtoPie Connect are installed on their respective devices.
Make sure that both devices are connected to the same network.
Open ProtoPie Player for Wear OS on your Wear OS smartwatch and ProtoPie Connect on your computer running ProtoPie Studio.
ProtoPie Player for Wear OS and ProtoPie Connect will automatically detect each other on the same network.
On your smartwatch, tap on "Tap to connect" to initiate the pairing process with ProtoPie Connect.
Open both ProtoPie Player for Wear OS and ProtoPie Connect.
ProtoPie Player for Wear OS and ProtoPie Connect will discover each other automatically once they are on the same network.
Click on "Tap to connect" for ProtoPie Player for Wear OS to pair with ProtoPie Connect.

Opening Prototypes on Wear OS
Upload your smartwatch prototype to ProtoPie Connect. Learn how to add prototypes to ProtoPie Connect.
Select the Wear OS smartwatch from the list of devices in ProtoPie Connect.
To restart or exit the prototype, double-tap the screen of your smartwatch.
