Perpetual licenses

  • My perpetual license has expired, and I cannot use the Free plan with the same email address. What are my options?

    If you have a perpetual license and it has expired, you cannot switch to the Free plan using the same email address. To use the Free plan, you have a couple of options:

    1. Create a new ProtoPie account using a different email address. This will allow you to access the Free plan.
    2. Subscribe to the yearly Pro plan using your existing account. As a perpetual license owner, you will receive an exclusive 50% discount at the checkout. This special offer is only available to perpetual license owners.
    3. If you prefer to use the Free plan and would like to continue using the same email address, you can permanently delete your current account. However, please note that this would result in the loss of the automatic 50% discount on the yearly Pro plan.
  • Can I revoke and reassign a Perpetual license purchased before October 18, 2019?

    Once assigned to an account, perpetual licenses cannot be transferred or reassigned.
