    For the Basic and Pro plans, you can pay with a Credit card or via PayPal.

    For the Enterprise plan, you can only pay through wire transfers. Contact us if you and your organization are interested in the Enterprise plan.

  • Do you accept invoice and wire transfer payments?

    Our Enterprise plan can be purchased with invoice or wire transfer payments. Contact us if you and your organization are interested in the Enterprise plan.

  • How are payments processed?

    At ProtoPie, we prioritize the security and reliability of payment processing. To ensure a smooth experience, we utilize trusted payment providers such as Paddle and FastSpring, depending on the date of your plan subscription. These providers are widely recognized and trusted within the SaaS industry.

    • Subscriptions activated after May 20, 2021 are processed by Paddle
    • Subscriptions activated before May 20, 2021 are processed by FastSpring

    When it comes to payment processing, your payment method information is securely handled by Paddle or FastSpring. ProtoPie does not directly handle or store any of your payment details, ensuring the highest level of data protection.

    Depending on the specific plan you have subscribed to, Paddle or FastSpring will handle the billing process either on a monthly or yearly basis. This ensures the seamless renewal of your subscription without any interruption to your ProtoPie experience.
