Is there a trial?
A 30-day free trial is automatically offered to users who sign up with a valid email address. Log in to ProtoPie Studio with your account to activate the 30-day free trial.
What happens to the remainder of my trial if I subscribe before it's over?
If you are on a trial and you subscribe to the Individual plan before the trial is over, the Individual plan will automatically replace the trial. As a result, you will lose the remainder of your free trial.
Are all current plans subscription-based?
Yes, all plans that we currently offer are subscription-based. For the Individual plan and Team plan, you can choose between monthly and yearly billing options.
What's the actual difference between the monthly and yearly billing option?
Yearly billing means you pay for 12 months of ProtoPie upfront and your plan is renewed on a yearly basis, unless you cancel it before the next billing date. Monthly billing means you pay for ProtoPie once a month and your plan is automatically renewed each month, unless you cancel it.
With the yearly billing option, you can save a certain amount per year compared to the monthly billing option.
For both the Individual and Team plan, you can switch from a monthly to a yearly billing option at any time in your account settings, under plan.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Generally, we accept credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and Amazon Pay. Certain local payment methods such as Alipay, Sofort and iDEAL, are available for a few selected countries.
Wire transfer is available upon request for the Team plan. Contact us if need to subscribe to the Team plan by wire transfer.
Can students use ProtoPie for free?
Yes! If you are a student, you can use ProtoPie completely free of charge for one year by signing up with your school email address.

How do I become an official ProtoPie reseller?
Contact us if you are interested in becoming an official ProtoPie reseller for the Team and Enterprise plans. When you do, specify in the form if you intend to pay via wire transfer or credit card.
