ProtoPie Legal
These terms ("Terms") govern your use of Studio XID Korea Inc.’s ("Studio XID") websites and services such as our ProtoPie interaction design and prototyping platform (collectively, "Service"), and software that we include as part of our Services, including any software, applications, and any related documentation (collectively "ProtoPie Software"). By using our Services or ProtoPie Software, you agree to these terms.
If you have entered into another agreement with us concerning specific Services or ProtoPie Software, then the terms of that agreement controls where it conflicts with these Terms.
By setting up a Studio XID account, by using our Services, by using or downloading ProtoPie Software, or by clicking the "I accept" button (or its equivalent), you (or the entity or organization on behalf of which you are authorized, in which case "you" and "your" will refer to that entity or organization) agree to these Terms. If at any point for any reason you do not agree to any portion of the then-current version of these Terms, our Privacy Policy, or any other Studio XID policy, rules or codes of conduct relating to your use of our Services, your license to use our Services shall immediately terminate and you must stop using our Services and promptly remove any ProtoPie Software installed on your computer.
AI Terms
Beta Notice: ProtoPie AI is currently available as a beta version. Functionality may change, be limited, or be removed at ProtoPie's sole discretion.
These ProtoPie AI Terms ("AI Terms") govern access to and use of the artificial intelligence feature made available by ProtoPie ("ProtoPie AI") in connection with the Services.
By using ProtoPie AI, you agree to these AI Terms, which supplement and are incorporated into (a) a written agreement between you and ProtoPie that governs your use of the Services (an "Enterprise License Agreement"), if applicable, and (b) in all other cases, the Terms of Service (together with any applicable Enterprise License Agreement, the "Agreement").

Studio XID Korea, Inc., including its affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively, “Studio XID” and also referred to as “we,” “us,” and “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this Privacy Policy. This Policy provides a framework for ensuring that Studio XID meets its obligations under applicable data protection laws.

If you do not agree with our Policy, your choice is not to use our Services. By creating an account and using our Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy. This Policy may change from time to time, and your continued use of our Services after we make changes is deemed to be acceptance of those changes.
