Does ProtoPie comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)?
ProtoPie is fully compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which came into effect on May 25, 2018. The GDPR empowers individuals within the EU with greater control over their personal data. As a responsible organization, we are dedicated to protecting your rights and ensuring transparency regarding the collection and storage of your personal information.
In accordance with this data privacy regulation, we have implemented the following changes since 2018:
Updated Privacy Policy: We have enhanced our Privacy Policy to provide greater transparency, offering clear and comprehensive information about how we handle your personal data.
Improved Signup Page: Our signup page has been updated to align with GDPR requirements, ensuring that you have a clear understanding of the data we collect and how it will be used.
Unified Unsubscribe Option: Within your account settings, specifically under email notifications, we have included a convenient option for unsubscribing from all marketing communications at once.
Permanent Account Deletion: We have implemented a feature in your account settings that allows you to permanently delete your account.

ProtoPie Enterprise supports easy and secure sign-in with Single Sign-On (SSO), including popular options like Okta, Auth0, and OneLogin. The supported SSO protocols are SAML 2.0 and OpenID Connect.

How can I enable or disable the ProtoPie AI features?
Basic & Pro plans: ProtoPie AI is strictly opt-in. You have full control over your AI usage and can disable the feature at any time through your account settings.
Enterprise plans: To comply with internal security policies, AI features are disabled by default across the entire organization.
To enable ProtoPie AI for an Enterprise organization, a Service Admin must complete the following steps:
Log into your dedicated ProtoPie Enterprise space
Click on Organization Settings
Go to the Security tab in the settings menu
Under the AI features section, click Enable ProtoPie AI features
Confirm that you agree to the ProtoPie AI Terms and Privacy Policy to finalize the activation.
Once enabled, all organization members will instantly have access to ProtoPie AI features.
