How can I change the email address of my ProtoPie account?
You can change your email address in your Account Settings, under Profile.
You will be asked to verify your new email address.
I forgot my account password, what should I do?
You may reset your password by clicking on Forgot password? on the log in page.
I forgot which email address I used for my ProtoPie account, what should I do?
Please contact us and provide us with your first name and last name.
How can I delete my account?
You can delete your account in your account settings, under profile.
Please note that if you have a license assigned to this account and/or are subscribed to a plan, you will lose the license and/or your plan after deleting your account. Furthermore, all prototypes in the cloud and your personal information will be permanently deleted.
