The Preview Window

To view your interactions in action and identify any errors before sharing your prototype, use the preview window. The preview window updates automatically when changes are made to layers or interactions. If you prefer to hide the preview window when opening ProtoPie Studio or switching between prototypes, simply toggle it off in Preferences.
Recording Interactions
ProtoPie makes it simple to capture your prototypes in action. With just a click, you can easily record your prototype directly from the preview window. You have up to 5 minutes to capture everything you need. Your recordings will be saved in the popular MP4 (H.264) format, making it easy to share and view.

Before you use this feature, make sure to authorize ProtoPie to record your screen. Head over to your computer's Security & Privacy settings and grant permission. Once you've done that, you'll be all set to capture your prototypes in action with ease.

Audio Recording
Record your prototype's media sounds and voice interactions using an external microphone. Click the Settings icon in the Preview window and choose the desired audio input device.
