ProtoPie, the Award-winning Prototyping Tool

We’re super excited to announce that ProtoPie, a hi-fi prototyping tool to create superior prototypes easily, is one of the winners of the prestigious Red Dot Award for Communication Design in the category Interface & User Experience Design. We are delighted about this milestone as there were over 8,000 submissions from 50 different countries. Hence, we see obtaining this award as a huge achievement and we are happy to show the world how much we value proper design.

We added some image boards that were not included in the Red Dot Yearbook due to page limitations that will assist you in understanding what ProtoPie is truly about.

ProtoPie works on both Windows and macOS, and runs prototypes on iOS and Android.

You can deploy and showcase prototypes on any device right after composing interactions while fully utilizing device sensors ensuring a “real” experience for you.

ProtoPie’s concept model is similar to a natural language as it is very intuitive to understand.

Whether your compose the most simple interactions or the most complex interactions, you can always do this easily without a line of code due to ProtoPie’s intuitive UI.

In order to appraise the diversity in the field of design in a professional manner, the Red Dot Design Award breaks down into the three disciplines of Red Dot Award: Product Design, Red Dot Award: Communication Design and Red Dot Award: Design Concept. The Red Dot Award is organised by Design Zentrum Nordrhein Westfalen and is one of the world’s largest design competitions. In 1955, a jury convened for the first time to assess the best designs of the day. In the 1990s, Red Dot CEO Professor Dr. Peter Zec developed the name and brand of the award.
